Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy (USA)

Top Line Stock only ships to the continental United States and does not currently support delivery to PO boxes, APO/FPO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. All orders are processed within 3 business days. Most of our products have free shipping, but there are some that require special handling. If shipping charges apply for your order it will be stated on the product page. The total will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  •  Shipping method: All products are shipped from our warehouses using standard carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.). The best method is automatically matched to your product selection size and weight along with other factors.
  • Estimated delivery time: Standard shipping time is normally 3-10 business days with the majority being closer to 3 days. You will be notified of the projected delivery date when we process your order. Occasionally shipping times may be longer due to weather conditions or other factors beyond our control.
  • Shipping cost: Free unless otherwise stated.
  • Shipment confirmation and order tracking: When your order is processed and a tracking number is available, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Damages

Top Line Stock is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. We also recommend you take a picture of the damaged package before opening as the shipping carrier may require it to file a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Top Line Stock generally does not ship internationally. If in some cases international or shipping to any outlying US states or territories is arranged, Top Line Stock is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
